Review

Google Voice is a voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) phone service for personal or professional use cases. I've used it for personal use, and it works perfectly. You can use the service to make and receive phone calls and send text messages, on your smartphones and the web. For businesses, it also offers advanced call management features.

Key Benefits and Features

  • Provides unlimited SMS in the U.S. and free calling to the U.S. from any country, plus free calling to Canada from the U.S
  • Offers call forwarding, custom greetings, and voicemail transcription
  • Integrate with Google Calendar and Google Meet for enhanced functionality
  • Maintain phone number ownership for departed employees
  • Use ring groups for collaborative call handling
  • Automatically transcribe voicemails in Google Voice

Starter: $10 per user per month (max of 10 users)

Standard: $20 per user per month for unlimited users (max of 50 before paying extra)
